Giancarlo Grandez pembroke pines, FL United States male Living with ALL for 11 years, 4 months Age: 14 My son, Giancarlo, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) on May 12, 1999, when he was only 3-years old. The years of treatment were horrible, and they took a toll on him and on all of us. However, today he is a survivor and that is what I want to focus on. My son battled and beat cancer. He is my little hero and I will always be thankful for the courage he has given me. My story is one of hope. Hope for his future and for the futures of all of those who beat this disease. |
