Tony Hamzeh United States male Living with CML for 2 years, 6 months Age: 52 I had what I thought was a flu that would not go away; it would hit back and forth for several weeks. I was out of energy and winded. My wife had me go in for a checkup and I found out I had CML. Words cannot describe what I went through the first 2 weeks feeling scared and crying a lot. I have responded to my initial treatment and just started on Gleevec yesterday. From everything I hear I am more confident every day that I am going to beat this.
